Browser-Extension für Chrome & Safari:
- Die Installierung der kostenlosen-Extension kann durch den Google Chrome Store oder die Apple Apps für Safari erfolgen. Die Extension unterliegt der Prüfung und Freigabe von Google für die Chrome-Extension bzw. Apple für die Safari-Extension und ist offiziell innerhalb deren Extension-Stores auffindbar und gelistet
- Die Extension funktioniert derzeit auf amazon.de, amazon.com, zalando.de und mediamarkt.de. Außerhalb der genannten Webseiten funktioniert die Extension zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht
- Bei Öffnung der Produktseite, auf einer der unter „b.“ genannten Webseiten, wird die Extension aktiviert und beginnt vollautomatisch mit dem Preisvergleich und Bereitstellung einer Ergebnisliste
- Es erfolgt keine Datenspeicherung aufgrund einer dynamisch und individuell generierten Ergebnisseite, die lediglich für die aktive Session des Nutzers Bestand hat
WhatsApp Chatbot:
- Wird der WhatsApp Chatbot (nachfolgend Robin genannt) genutzt, wird automatisch die Telefonnummer des Nutzers mit Robin geteilt, somit willigt der Nutzer in dem Moment der Nutzung von Robin ein, dass der Nutzer seine Telefonnummer mit Robin teilt
- Von den persönlichen Einstellungen des jeweiligen Nutzers abhängig (Robin hat keinen Einfluss darauf) kann es dazu kommen, dass das Profilbild mit Robin geteilt wird
- Die Suchanfragen die der Nutzer innerhalb des WhatsApp-Chats mit Robin teilt, werden registriert und zur Bearbeitung genutzt, das ist insofern notwendig, um die Ergebnisliste zur Verfügung stellen zu können

Robin products include, but are not limited to, the Robin extension for web browsers (the "Extension"), in future the Robin mobile application (the "Mobile App"), and the website located at myshoppingbot.de (the "Website"). In order to provide our products, Robin collects information that you share directly with us when you use our website, extension, or Mobile App. Though you don't have to, you can choose to provide your email to set up an account with us, it will help us in the future to provide personalised recommendation feed, earn Robin credits and more. Robin also collects technical information about your device and use of Robin to make sure that our products are working correctly. The information we collect is geared to providing Robin members with a better way to shop online and to help us develop, improve, and market our services.
Robin does not track your search engine history, emails, or your browsing on any site that is not a retail website (a site where you can shop and make a purchase). When you are on a pre-approved retail site, to help you save money, Robin will collect information about that site that lets us know which prices and offers to find for you. We may also collect information about pricing and availability of items, which we can share in future with the rest of the Robin community.
How we share your data
We know how important your personal data is to you, so we will never sell it. We'll only share it with your consent or in ways you'd expect (as we explain here). That means we will share your data if needed to complete your purchase, with businesses who help us operate Robin, or if we are legally required to do so.
